I don't think God could have destined two people for each other. We both came into each other's lives at a time of transition. I had just lost my dad and was getting ready to graduate from Florida A&M and he was working two jobs helping to support his family, while preparing to re-enroll in school to finish his degree. We met through a mutual friend and took our time to get to know one another. After a month of just talking on the phone and texting back and forth, we decided to go on our first date to the movies. After the movie, we spent the next three hours just talking in the parking lot and the rest is history. We've been through the storm and back, but the greatest thing about it is that we've always gone through them together. We are blessed with a vibrant and beautiful baby girl over the years. Our love is unique, genuine and authentic and we can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together....I know that was so cliché, but it's true.
