Nay and Jawann have been best friends since the 1st grade. They grew up in the same neighborhood and became family. Jawann is also the son of our officiant.
Kenyatta Freeman
Maid of Honor
Nay and Kenyatta are first cousins but more like sisters. They have been in each others corner every step of the way, so Maid of Honor is the best position possible for the two.

“Daughty” Shari and Nay’s daughter. The most smart, charismatic, inquisitive 8 year old you’ll ever meet. She’s the life of the house and keeps them on their toes. Makayla is truly one of a kind!

Daughty’s best friend since the womb! Shaniya and Makayla have been best friends since 2012. Her mother (Tonia) and Shari worked together for many years and became such close friends that she calls her her “big sis”. Even though Shaniya moved to NC, her and Makayla remain inseparable and still take trips to visit and vacation together. Best friends for life!
