We're Getting Married!

We first met through our mutual friend, Halima, in 2010, quickly becoming close friends. In 2012, our friendship blossomed into a romantic relationship, and by 2013, we officially began dating. From late 2017 to early 2021, our love stood the test of distance as we pursued our Master's studies—one of us in the UK and the other in Taiwan. In 2022, we embarked on a new adventure, moving from Belize to Taiwan, where we've built a life together ever since. Over the years, we've created countless cherished memories—dating, exploring the world, and now preparing for marriage. As we begin this exciting new chapter, we would be thrilled to have you join us in celebrating our love on this very special day!

On the evening of July 26, 2024, Leon proposed to Shari on the roof deck of a boat cruising through Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. The setting was picturesque, with the limestone karsts in the background and soft R&B music playing. A candlelit dinner awaited them, complete with roses, a bottle of white wine, and a cake adorned with her favorite flowers. As the sea breeze carried his heartfelt words, Leon knelt with a diamond ring in hand and asked Shari to marry him.
