Bread Furst
A delicious little bakery a few blocks down from our apartment that we (especially Grace) frequent! They have coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and little trinkets (edible or non-edible) to remember your trip by! A great stop for some before-wedding fuel, or a snack on your way to the Reagan airport!
Caboose Brewing Company & Tavern
We work here! Caboose is a brewery/restaurant/coffeehouse/bar/anything you want it to be! It has a wide selection of craft beer, all made in house! Tell them you're in town for our wedding for a little discount ;) or at least some friendly service! It's a 20 minute drive from Dulles airport if you need a little lunch before your flight, we promise it's good!
National Portrait Gallery
One of our favorite museums out of the many in DC! Whether you love modern art or are a history junkie, they have something for everyone! We also got our lovely engagement photos done here. Oh, and all the presidential portraits are there too!
Politics & Prose Bookstore & The Den
A cute bookstore (with many knick knacks) with a lovely coffee shop downstairs! The Den is where much of the magic aka wedding planning happened. Stop by for a new book, some tchotchkes, or a nice tea and pastry!
