When Should I RSVP By?

Please RSVP by March 1st so that we are able to provide our vendors with a final guest count

What will the weather be like in early May?

Answer

In Lake Alfred we can expect highs in the mid to high 80s, with cooler evenings of 65-75. The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting, while the cocktail hour and reception be held in indoor, air-conditioned spaces.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

The dress code is Semi Formal - Slacks and collared shirt for men with optional sport coat. Knee length, midi/maxi dresses, or jumpsuits for women. Spring colors and floral prints are welcomed! We know dress codes can be confusing, so we put together some ideas below: https://pin.it/4ECxjRaFB

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to allow ample time for parking, mingling, etc.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony with no phones or cameras out. We would love to take photos with everyone following the ceremony!

Will There Be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving beer and wine at the welcome party and a full open bar on the wedding day.

Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

We will be providing an Uber code so that your rides are on us! Please use code rdphyucibiz when ordering your Uber to/from the venue for a free ride. They will be available from 6pm on 5/2 through 12am on 5/4 for those who are staying off-site.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the Adams Estate!

How do I use the Uber voucher?

Answer

When ordering your car, go to “payment methods” and scroll down to voucher and click “add voucher code” and enter rdphyucibiz. You can add this to your app prior to the wedding but it will only be available from 5pm on 5/2 through 12am on 5/4
