Our soon-to-be-wedded couple first met when Michael was picking up a friend at Shanti’s apartment. He was playing a well-worn guitar on the couch and commented on how difficult it was to play such old, dilapidated strings. Upon overhearing this, Shanti procured a much higher-quality guitar from her room, and the two immediately began singing and playing music together. Only after several hours did they even have their first conversation. Since that moment, not a day has gone by where the two haven’t talked. They’ve built a life together that revolves around music, joy, friendship, and travel. And now they invite you to celebrate their love in the redwood forests of Santa Cruz.
