📍 Where is the wedding?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Panama City, FL. Don't worry about sand in your shoes, the wedding will take place overlooking the beach, not directly on the sand.

⏰ What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00.

👗 What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal / Semi-Formal. We encourage guests to dress to impress for a celebration of love.

👶 Are children invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we kindly request an adults-only celebration, except for those participating in the wedding. Thank you for understanding

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

📨 How do I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 31st and include your meal selection at the time of response. Please note that only guests who have RSVP’d will be accommodated.

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. Feel free to take and share photos during the reception!

Answer

Yes, parking is free for guests staying at Embassy Suites. If you are not a guest, parking is available for an additional fee.
