Where is the wedding ceremony?

The Barn at Bull Meadow. 63 Bog road Concord, NH The wedding ceremony will be outside so please dress accordingly depending on the weather!

Where is the reception/cocktail hour?

Answer

The Barn at Bull Meadow 63 Bog rd Concord, NH The reception will be inside the barn and the cocktail will be on the the patio outback where you will find corn hole and other lawn games and a bar!

What time does the Ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 PM, but guest please arrive between 4-4:30 to allow time to get settled and find a seat!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired a photographer and we’d love to have photos with no phones or devices in them. Please put away your cameras and phones during our wedding ceremony.

5:30-6:30 on the back patio

The reception will start at 6:30 inside the barn for introductions

Can we take photos during the reception?

Answer

Yes! we would be delighted if you took photos during the reception/cocktail hour! On each guest table there will be a QR code to scan to use to add photos from the entire night to be accessed by all guests and even the bride and groom. This is so we can all share the amazing memories from this night.

When does the reception end?

Answer

Last drinks will be called at 10:30pm and everyone is expected to leave the building by 11pm

Are kids allowed at the wedding reception or ceremony?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate everyone making arrangements ahead of time so that you are able to come an celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding!

What if I didn't RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date we've provided. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we don't want to risk any hiccups in the planning process. We hope you can understand.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalizing the guest list, and don't have any extra spots for plus ones. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What's the dress code?

To help make this an unforgettable evening, we kindly request that our guests dress to impress with their best formal/cocktail attire. While we love a good t-shirt and jeans combo as much as the next person, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this occasion. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or shades of white

Do you have hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have multiple hotel locations for you to stay at. We have been in contact with the hotels and were informed that this weekend they were unable to accommodate hotel room blocks due to it being a "busy weekend" for them. But there are multiple hotel to choose from listed under the hotels/stay tab on the website.
