Picture this: November 2010, Big Lots in Orangeburg. I was a cashier, and he was the furniture manager. We worked together, and let’s just say—he was persistent! One day, he kept pressing me for my number—lol! I finally gave in as I was headed to Sumter for our annual Christmas party at my aunt’s house. That same night, he checked in to make sure I made it safely. From that moment on, we were inseparable. Life happened, and we eventually went our separate ways. But you know what they say—if you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans. In 2016, life brought us back together, and this time, it just felt right. We rekindled what never truly faded... and here we are, writing the next chapter—together, forever.
