Do I need to RSVP to the Wedding

Answer

YES! You can RSVP by the response card sent with the invitation; or by responding to my Facebook post or by clicking on 'add to calendar' under the schedule section on this site in the wedding event or by contacting the bride or groom.

Where there be hotel accommodations for out of town guest?

Answer

Yes, Room blocks have been reserved for the wedding group. Call the number listed in the Travel section; just ask for the Hawkins-Sanford Wedding or click on the link to make online reservations. Rooms have been reserved for 2 nights starting on the 17th of August for a reduced rate.

Can I stay at the wedding group hotel for more than 2 nights before or after the start date for the reduced rate?

Answer

Yes. If you want to reserve a room for more than 2 nights at the same rate contact Allen or Shantay and let them know how many night you want to stay and arrangements will be made. Call (607) 621-5547 or (607) 232-8967

The bride, groom and wedding party will be taking photos at this time so please mingle, eat appetizers, sign guest book and fill out advice cards while you wait for the fun to begin!

There will be wine and beer. It is a BYOB of liquor venue.
