Shuttle

We will be providing transportation to the ceremony leaving the Holiday Inn Express hotel promptly at 3:45pm - please ensure you’re on time to secure a seat. There will be a lot of traffic this weekend due to Folk Fest weekend so if you plan to use our transportation and aren’t staying at the hotel, please account for traffic to make the shuttle in time. Return transportation will also be available from the venue back to the hotel, as well as to the after-party for those joining the celebration. Transportation will also be provided from the After Party back to the hotel at the end of the night.
Hotel
We have reserved a 20% discount code for Thursday through Sunday the weekend of our wedding at the Holiday Inn Express in Middletown. This is a short 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Newport and only 20 minutes from our venue in Bristol, which we will be providing transportation to and from. There is a 2-night minimum stay requirement during the summer months. If you wish to extend the weekend with us or have your own mini-vacation in Newport, you are welcome to book any nights at the hotel of your choice! Airbnbs, VRBOs, or other hotels are always an option to book as well. You can still Uber to the hotel to catch the transportation to the venue if you wish, which will leave promptly at 3:45pm.
Flight
If you are flying from out of town, the Providence airport is the closest to Newport, only 30 minutes from the hotel.
