Maid of Honor
Darcie is the captain of my college roommate group, the Team, and she is the sister I never had. She dressed me (or let me steal her clothes) throughout college, and I never looked better! I still rely on her help and advice for everything - including wedding planning (thank you!).
Maid of Honor
Kim is the historian and founding member of the Team, and she is always ready to cry or cheer with me when I need support. She keeps tokens from important events as treasured memories, and may even still have paper plates and napkins from when she and her little red car saved the day in college!
Bridesmaid
Nadarra and I have been through everything together from college o-chem classes to grad/med school to our weddings. She is always there for me - even during her fellowship when she has to drive through the night to make it to the ceremony!
Bridesmaid
Erin and I have been living farther away with each move since college. Luckily, she is the most fun and easy to talk to person I have ever met, so we spend all day (and almost all night) catching up during visits!
Bridesmaid
Amber and I formed an instantaneous connection when we met at a work conference, and it feels like we've been friends forever rather than a year. She is a true renaissance woman and has introduced me to archery, kickboxing, salsa dancing, and pottery painting!
Best Man
Seth has been one of my best friends since high school and is one of the only people who I can talk to on phone for over an hour at a time. He got me into the high school musicals, which took me from being a huge nerd to being a huge nerd with friends. I have been riding his coattails ever since.
Groomsman
Cousin Mikey was like a brother to me growing up, and weekends at his house were pretty much the best thing that could happen to little Zach. From playing Diablo and Starcraft as kids to backpacking around Europe in our twenties, I have been looking up to Mikey for a long time.
Groomsman
Kyle Burke was one of my roommates throughout college and has remained one of my best friends since then. I was nervous about making friends my first week of college, but when I saw Kyle using carrots to make vampire fangs in the cafeteria, I knew we would be best friends forever.
Groomsman
Brandon Holtorf is another bestie from my college years. He’s one of the kindest and most genuine people I know, as long as you’re not challenging him to any sort of competition, at which point he becomes quietly ruthless (and will definitely win).
Groomsman
o Ethan is an amazing friend I picked up during graduate school. Thanks to his boundless creativity (and incredible work with accents), he took my passing interest in D&D and turned it into an obsession. I have him to blame for a lot of hang overs, but also a lot of nights filled with laughter and fun.
