Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow enough time for seating. Guests arriving after 4:00 PM may be asked to wait until the conclusion of the ceremony.
Please be sure to RSVP by September 10th. We'll try our best to accommodate late responses, but we can't make any guarantees.
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and instead be fully present with us as we exchange our vows. Professional photographers will be capturing the event, and we’ll gladly share those photos with you later.
For your comfort and convenience we have made the following hotel arrangements. A limited number of rooms at the Mobile Marriott have been reserved at a special rate for this occasion. These rates are available until September 25th by mentioning the Williams-Wilcox wedding.
While we wish we could celebrate this special day with all our loved ones, due to space limitations, we can only accommodate children who are in the wedding party and out-of-state guests.
Yes, there will be free parking available onsite.
Because of limited space, the number of guests attendees can bring is restricted to what’s listed on the RSVP card.
