Terminal #3 Main Entrance

• Porters will begin taking luggage at 9:30 AM in the drop-off area. • Terminal doors will open at 9:30 AM specifically for Wedding groups. • Upon entering the terminal, guests must hand carry their printed boarding pass and travel documentation.

Embarkation Day Policies and Advisories

• All guests (Sailing and Non-Sailing), are required to be at Port Canaveral by 10:00 a.m. • Wedding parties will board once the ship has cleared customs. • All wedding guests must be dressed and ready to attend the wedding. • All wedding items must be carried onboard. Carry-ons cannot be larger than 16”X24” as they must go through the security scanner. • Sailing Guests are required to bring their travel documents and boarding passes acquired from Online Check-in. • Non-Sailing Guests - Boarding passes will be sent to the e-mail you provide (on your RSVP) 2 days prior to sailing. Each guest must print and bring their boarding pass and a photo I.D with them.

Non-Sailing Guests

• Boarding passes will be emailed to the email provided within 2 days of sailing. It is the guest’s responsibility to print and bring the boarding pass with them. • Non-Sailing Guests are required to bring a photo I.D. • Documents must be printed and cannot be presented digitally. • Non-Sailing Guests require full legal name, date of birth (required for all non-sailing guests), email address, and contact number to be completed on the guest list. **Any missing/incorrect information may result in the guest not receiving their boarding pass to attend the wedding. • ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE at the Priority Arrival Time provided by their Carnival Wedding Coordinator and on time with their identification and boarding documents. • Any guest arriving after 12:00 p.m. may be unable to board the ship on time for the ceremony, should expect lengthy delays and Non-Sailing Guests may be subject to denied boarding. • Carnival Weddings and their wedding vendors are not responsible for your guests’ delays or assisting with boarding after priority boarding has begun.

• Sailing guests are required to bring their identification, travel documents and boarding passes acquired from Online Check-in. • Documents must be printed and cannot be presented digitally. • Sailing guests require full legal name, date of birth for guests aged 20 and younger, the booking number and the cabin number. • ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE at the Priority Arrival Time provided by their Carnival Wedding Coordinator and on time with their identification and boarding documents. **Any guest arriving after 12:00 p.m. may be unable to board the ship on time for the ceremony, should expect lengthy delays and non-sailing guests may be subject to denied boarding. • Carnival Weddings and their wedding vendors are not responsible for your guests’ delays or assisting with boarding after priority boarding has begun.

Check in Process, Security, and Boarding

• The wedding group will be directed to the podiums where check-in agents will verify documents & passes. • It is highly recommended that all sailing guests check in Online prior to embarkation day. Sailing guests who did not check in Online, must check in at Guest Services once inside the terminal. • Next, guests will be directed to the security scanners and the K-9 sniffing dog areas. • Finally, all guests will then be directed to the Captain’s Lounge to wait for boarding. • Initial boarding starts with wedding group at 10:45 AM • Guests must present the stamped Boarding Pass to the EZ Board agent prior to entering ship gangway.
