Welcome BBQ

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire: Come as you are!

Guests can walk the path from the hotel all the way down to the Base Lodge, or, can utilize the parking lot right next to the Coppertree for easy access. The BBQ will be indoor and outdoor with plenty of food and drink - come hungry, leave happy.

Mountaintop Ceremony

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal Festive

Getting to the Ceremony: We’re so excited to share a beautiful mountaintop ceremony with you! To reach the summit site, all guests will enjoy a scenic 12–15-minute ride on the Kaaterskill Flyer chair lift, located right at the base of the mountain just outside the Coppertree reception venue. Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at the chair lift between 3:00PM-3:30PM to allow plenty of time for boarding and the ride up. Getting to the Chair Lift: If you're staying at the Kaatskill Mountain Club, there is a paved and lit walking path that will lead you directly down to the chair lift. Guests are also welcome to drive and park in the lot right next to the Coppertree for easy access.
