Our ceremony is the heart of this day, a moment to reflect on love, commitment, and the life we’re building together. We’ll be celebrating with a meaningful exchange of rings and promises, while saving our personal vows for a quiet moment shared just between us. We kindly ask that you join us for an unplugged ceremony, so please, silence and put away your phones and cameras so we can all be fully present together. Don’t worry, our photographers will be capturing every moment beautifully. Please arrive early, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We are so honored to have you witness the beginning of our forever!
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
After the ceremony, we invite you to join us for cocktail hour in the jazz bar, where the atmosphere is smooth, the drinks are flowing, and the conversation is easy. Sip, mingle, and enjoy light bites in a cozy, romantic setting as we transition into an evening full of celebration. It’s the perfect way to toast to love, laughter, and the night ahead.
Reception
4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
After we say “I do,” it’s time to celebrate! Join us for an evening filled with delicious food, heartfelt toasts, and a dance floor we hope you’ll never want to leave. We’ll be serving up love, laughter, and a few surprises…. Come ready to eat, dance, and make memories we’ll look back on for the rest of our lives together.

When the formal festivities wrap up, the celebration continues! Join us at the Saratoga Hotel Casino at 9:30PM for an unforgettable after party filled with laughter, late-night fun, and maybe a lucky spin or two. To keep things safe and stress-free, a shuttle will be available from the venue to the casino so you can sip, celebrate, and dance the night away without worrying about driving. We can’t wait to keep the magic going with you!
