Best Man
Mason is Sal’s son and youngest child, and there’s no one Sal would rather have standing beside him today as his best man. He was chosen not only because he’s family, but because Sal is incredibly proud of the young man Mason has become. Mason and Sal share a love of sports, a great sense of humor, and a serious appreciation for a good steak. You definitely won’t miss Mason — standing nearly 6 feet tall, he’s hard to overlook, and chances are you’ll find him nearby cracking jokes and keeping everyone laughing.
Groomswoman
Madison is Sal’s eldest daughter. She has developed a love for country line dancing, so keep an eye on the dance floor—she just might lead us all in a line dance before the night is over. It’s truly a blessing to have her share in this special day.

Sal is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired police officer who has dedicated much of his life to service and community. A passionate sports fan, he especially enjoys cheering on the Dodgers, Rams, and Lakers. Outside of sports, Sal finds joy in coaching baseball and sharing his knowledge and love of the game with others. He’s also known for his appreciation of a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak and good food shared with great company. Sal enjoys spending time at horse races, making his wedding location especially meaningful. Returning to the track where he once brought Shannon early in their relationship makes this celebration a true full-circle moment as they begin their next chapter together.
Bride
Shannon is a retired police detective who now brings her same dedication and heart into her work as a paralegal. She’s happiest in the kitchen cooking and baking something delicious, or at home being a proud and devoted dog mom. She also has a serious love for travel—especially when it involves discovering charming new coffee shops along the way. But one of her most meaningful & unexpected dreams is coming true in a special way: getting married at Santa Anita Park. Horses have been close to her heart since childhood, making this setting feel like fate. Together, Shannon and Sal share a passion for adventure, travel, and the excitement of horse racing. Their next big dream is to explore racetracks all over the US. Shannon feels deeply blessed to be marrying Sal and is excited to begin this next chapter of their lives together.

Flower Girl
River is Sal’s niece and already a seasoned flower girl, having taken on the role at a previous family wedding. Full of imagination and personality, she brings a playful spark to everything she does. River loves the color pink and enjoys embracing all things fun and whimsical. She also has a knack for giving her “chunkle” Sal a bit of a hard time, always keeping him on his toes with her teasing spirit. We are truly blessed to have her as one of our flower girls and can’t wait to see her light up the celebration.
Flower Girl
Leila is Sal’s niece and is thrilled to be a flower girl — a role she’s been diligently preparing for ever since she said yes! She loves fashion and the arts, has an outgoing personality, is always thinking of others, and never misses a chance to dance. Leila is also a huge Marvel fan and is sure to be the life of the party. Along with all of her fun and energy, she’s also a caring and wonderful big sister. We feel so lucky to have her as part of our wedding and are incredibly grateful that she’s traveling all the way from Northern California to celebrate with us.
Ring Bearer
Zech is Sal’s nephew and a bundle of energy who brings enthusiasm everywhere he goes. He especially loves baseball, and that same spirit and excitement make him the perfect choice for such an important role in the wedding. When he’s not riding his bike or carrying around a baseball, Zech can usually be found showing off his best “Dude Perfect” tricks or talking about Marvel superheroes. Uncle Sal likes to think he’s being groomed into an Angels fan, but deep down, Zech is definitely a Dodgers fan at heart. We feel incredibly blessed to have him as part of our special day and are even more grateful that he’s traveling all the way from Northern California to be our ring bearer.
