We met like any modern couple - online! After dozens of emails back and forth, we met up for a beer and the rest is history. We've gone on dozens of adventures together - running marathons in Vermont and Oregon, exploring Zion National Park, Mexico City, San Francisco, Big Sur, Boston, Rhode Island and so many more! Sal proposed on our three year anniversary after recreating our first three dates: hiking Cowles Mountain, surfing, and finally, beer tasting in North Park. On the third, Sal gave me a card with a loteria (Mexican bingo) card with a ring on it inside. He then got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife.
