Is there a hotel block I can book a reservation for?

Answer

Absolutely! Our wedding blocked is booked through the Holiday Express Inn, from 9/3-9/4; check in is at 3pm Thursday and checkout is at 11am Saturday.

When is the cut off date for the hotel block to reserve by?

Answer

Great question! We strongly encourage you to please book your room (s) by8/4/26, as after this date you will not be able to receive the discounted rate that comes with the wedding block we reserved.

Will there be a shuttle service provided for guests to get to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service of one shuttle vehicle transporting from the Holiday Inn Express in Madison for all guests reserved at the hotel. The shuttle will leave the hotel around 2:40pm to arrive at the venue by 3:00pm for the ceremony at 3:30pm. The Shuttle will leave the venue/reception to get back to the hotel at 9pm and 11pm.
