What's the food situation?

Answer

Dinner and dessert will be served buffet style in the reception area (the Bear Cave). The brewery has a full kitchen, so they should be able to accommodate special requests. You are also free to order on your own at the main brewery at any time.

What's the drink situation?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the reception in the Bear Cave. There will be beer (of course), wine, cider, and non-alcohol options. Sorry, no liquor.

What if it rains?

That would be a bummer, but not a deal-breaker. Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors. The main brewery also has lots of indoor space. You might just want to have an umbrella for walking between these areas.

We like spooky season. Also, the brewery has great views. We're hoping for some amazing fall colors!

Are there additional lodging options?

Answer

Yes! There are a ton of Airbnb’s, Vrbo’s, and inns around the Bluemont area.

What should I do on Friday?

Come to Bear Chase Manor! (It's the big house on the brewery campus - https://bearchasebrew.com/bear-chase-manor/). We will have a casual mixer that will start after 6 p.m. There will be snacks and drinks. There is also an indoor pool 😎

Can kids come?

Answer

We didn't account for all the kids on the invites. But it's totally up to you! It should be easy to accommodate them, and the brewery is kid-friendly, so they are welcome to come.
