During their dreamy engagement weekend in LBI, Shannon was surprised by a hidden photographer who captured the sweet, candid moment of the proposal. Later, they celebrated with a romantic engagement photoshoot aboard a sailboat named Barnegat Witch, cruising through the calm waters of Long Beach Island with the sea breeze and golden hour light setting the perfect scene. Their love story continued overseas with another shoot in Dublin, where they posed on rugged cliffs and among the city's charming streets. Pete, always a good sport, embraced every moment—even the windy Irish weather—with a smile!
