We met briefly in spring of 2017 at a party, but our real introduction was a few weeks later on the infamous houseboats trip Memorial Day Weekend. We found love in a hopeless place, as they say (Slaughter House Island). Once Shannon returned from her summer in Bethany for junior year at UC Davis we were inseparable for the rest of college. We were so lucky our college homes, Linden and Anderson, were across the street from each other, and the football and lacrosse teams were fast friends. Fast forward to 2019 and we had three years of long distance ahead of us while Shannon lived in San Diego and Max in San Francisco. We happily traded in our Southwest A-List status in August of 2022 when we moved into our first apartment together in San Francisco. At this same apartment is where Max asked Shannon to check out the sunset on the roof and asked her to marry him (with Kate Fellner hiding on the upper roof snapping pics). Blue Skies and Sunshine is a recipe for success in our opinion, so we can't wait to be with all of our loved ones in La Quinta, CA to celebrate the next chapter of our life together! We appreciate each and every one of you making the trip to celebrate our marriage :)
