This is where we are having one of our room blocks, with a limited number of rooms available. Please use our booking link to book by August 25th! *Please note that this hotel block offers Run of House reservations, which include all standard room types available in their inventory. Your reservation will be assigned based on the standard room types available at the time of booking. If you have a specific room type preference, we recommend submitting your request in the "Notes" section of your reservation or contacting The Ritz directly to confirm. However, please keep in mind that room types cannot be guaranteed.

Shuttle
Wedding Day Transportation
September 27, 2025 12:00 pm
We’ve got your transportation covered! Buses will pick up guests from both the Ritz and the Loews and take them to the ceremony, departing promptly at 12:00 PM. After the ceremony, the shuttle will return guests to their hotels to freshen up and relax before the celebration continues at the reception. At 4:00 PM, the buses will return to both hotels to pick guests up and take them to the Crystal Tea Room. At the end of the night, the bus will make continuous loops between the venue and both hotels from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM, ensuring everyone gets back safely.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP by August 27th so that we can have an accurate headcount.

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is black-tie for both the ceremony and reception. Classic evening wear, tuxedos, and floor-length or tea-length formal dresses are encouraged!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Where should I park?
Answer
If you are spending the night at the hotel, we ask that you park your car there. If you will be traveling home after the reception, there will be plenty of parking at the venue. The parking garage is located under The Wanamaker Building. The entrance to the garage is off of Juniper Street, between Penn Square and Chestnut Street. Bear right onto Juniper Street from Penn Square and the garage will be on your left.
