Both Lacy and I grew up in Cheshire County. In high school we both knew of each other and even hung out with some of the same people, but we had never actually met. After graduation, l began working at Valvoline where Lacy's dad had brought his truck to get serviced. According to Lacy I brought her Dads keys into the waiting room and from there her crush formed. She tried reaching out to me through social media several times. Unfortunately, her advances went over my head and my attention at the time was focused on my brand new motorcycle, not in a new relationship. Time passed, but in 2017 our paths crossed again when we were officially introduced through a mutual friend. I was told Lacy was going through a very difficult time; and when I could no longer attend a concert for which I had purchased two tickets, I figured I would offer them to her. I had no way of knowing that the tickets were to see one of her favorite bands. My expectation was that we would go our separate ways after the concert tickets were exchanged, but Lacy asked if we could continue to build a friendship...needless to say over the course of 4 years that friendship has grown into a forever kind of love. It is for that reason you are all invited to a really awesome party. See you there!
