Is this an unplugged wedding?

Answer

We welcome guests to take photos and videos during our ceremony and reception. We simply ask that everyone be mindful of the bride and groom’s special moments by keeping devices on silent and avoiding anything that may distract other guests. A professional photographer will be present to capture the important memories, so we encourage you to stay in the moment and celebrate with us. QR codes will be available during the reception so you can easily share any photos or videos you capture with us!

Is the event inside or outside?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors so that everyone can enjoy the beautiful scenic views Hawaiʻi has to offer. Although the event will be held later in the day, the average temperature in Kailua-Kona is typically in the mid-80s with high humidity. We recommend dressing lightly while still keeping with the formal dress code. We also suggest bringing sunscreen and anything else you may need to stay comfortable while enjoying the celebration!

Due to lots of non drinkers attending, we have decided to go with a cash bar for you to enjoy at your own expense, we encourage you to celebrate and drink with us!
