Ceremony

Our wedding is at the end of the summer season moving into the fall. Ladies, consider wearing something light, flowy but still dressy. Gentelmen this will not be a black tie event, however we want all of our guests to look beautiful and be comfortable!
The ceremony site is going to be at the white pergola overlooking a big pond with a fountain. This will be on your left as you drive into the venue, you can either park on the grass behind the ceremony site or at the parking lot that is close walking distance from the ceremony site. The event will have handicap accessibility as well if needed. Please be prompt as to not miss the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

During this time, the bride, groom, both parties and immediate families will be taking their professional photos. All other guests will proceed to the outside of the Conservatory Ballroom, venue staff will be readily available to escort guests. At the cocktail hour there will be hors d'oeuvres being passed around and feel free to help yourself to the open bar and the lawn games that are set out on the patio.
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

At this point please find you table assignment. The bridal party will make their entrance as well as immediate family and then the grand entrance of the bride and groom! The usual speeches and dances are scheduled, our dinner is buffet/carving table style. There will be no bouquet or garter toss and no cake passed around. We decided to have a sweetheart cake just for the two of us, but there will be a candy table provided by Justin's Aunt Christina and a dessert table provided by Villa Italia. After dinner we expect EVERYONE to be on the dance floor partying! We want our wedding day to be filled with good food, good drinks, great people and to be a HUGE party.
