We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings taking place at 4:30 PM.
The dress code will be Cocktail.
Yes! We'll be having a shuttle taking guests from the hotel to the venue starting around 3:15 PM that will make multiple trips until the time of the ceremony at 4:30 PM. The shuttle will then pick guests up following the reception and transport them back to the hotel.
Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue itself.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outside. Then the cocktail hour will be inside/outside while the reception will be indoors.
Yes! There will be an open bar throughout the reception with a cordial station in the last hour of the reception.
