WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Answer

Cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival will not incur any penalties as the hotel portion is refundable during this time. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will incur penalties of 100% of the hotel price. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or early departures. Tours, spa treatments, or other optional items are payable in full at the time of the booking, however are refundable up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of optional items up to 14 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable. Name changes are not allowed. Trip Insurance is non-refundable from time of purchase

ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED?

Yes, Couples Resorts has a NO tipping policy to ensure a carefree, all-inclusive resort experience. If you choose to tip for additional services provided by staff, please do so with extreme discretion

WHAT IS THE ACCEPTED FORM OF CURRENCY?

Answer

The Jamaican dollar is the legal tender. The resort can exchange currency for guests on property. However, most merchants will accept U.S dollars or traveler’s checks, and major credit cards. Once you are at Couples Resorts, mostly everything is included in the price you have paid. All resorts are on a cashless system. Additions can be processed by credit card

WHEN IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

Hotel check-in is at 4pm. Checkout is at 11am. Couples Resorts requires a standard pre-authorization of $300 USD on a major credit card upon check-in

IS THERE A RESORT DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes, daytime is resort casual - bathing suit, beach cover up, and sandals. Evening is resort chic - polo shirt or button-down shirt and shorts, slacks, or dress jeans for gentlemen and dress, skirt, or slacks and blouse for ladies. Open toed shoes are okay for both. Casanova's requires elegant casual for dinner - shirts, slacks (including dress jeans), and closed-toe shoes or closed-toe sandals for the gentlemen and summer dresses for the ladies. No flip flops, t-shirts, shorts, sneakers, or hats are allowed at Casanova's. Jacket is optional

IS THERE A WEDDING DRESS CODE?

Yes, beach semi-formal - tea to full length dresses and slacks with button-down shirts. Jacket is optional. Consider breathable flowing fabrics for warmer climates. Neither ceremony nor reception will take place in the sand, but please be mindful of footwear. Recommendations for gentlemen - light toned linen or cotton. Recommendations for ladies - linen, chiffon, organza, cotton blends, or lace. Tropical tones and prints are encouraged
