Why did you choose to elope?

Answer

After some consideration and research on wedding planning, we decided a courthouse wedding was the best option for us. It was much cheaper, more intimate, and stress-free. Now we want to celebrate our marriage with all of you! We understand this may be quite surprising to some, but in the end, it was perfect for us.

Will we get to see you both in your wedding dress and suit?

Answer

Yes! We know it's kind of upsetting not see us on our big day, but we will wear our dress and suit to the reception for pictures with everyone.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire for the reception and all other days, just casual.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any food allergies so that we can avoid these items on our menu. Keep in mind, our vendors will most likely have a disclaimer about how the food is prepared. (ex: prepared in a facility that handles nuts)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, venue parking is located at Mid City Market behind Massey's and the Orleans Shoe Co (entrance on St. Louis & Toulouse St).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all our little ninos and ninas, but please arrange childcare before the reception. This is an adults-only event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guests must receive an invitation.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once your time off has been approved by your employer, please RSVP as soon as possible so that we can update our guest list.
