Kelly is Shannon's sister, and she is, and always has been, the "keeper of the sisters". As the oldest of four sisters and two sister in-laws, Kelly is truly the glue that holds everyone together. Growing up, Shannon, Karrah and Samantha were lucky to have her, and Morgan and Caiti joining the Jenkins girls only made it that much better. Although no one would have believed it when they were a year apart in High School, Shannon adores her sister and would not be who she is today without her love and guidance. Kelly has the biggest heart in the world for animals, and secretly for mankind as well! Kelly is truly one of the most caring and compassionate people that we know, and we are thrilled to have her standing by our side on our big day.
Triton Blackburn
Best Man
Triton is a funny, fun-loving kid who genuinely adds joy, and comic relief, to our household. Triton is Jason's teenage son, and the oldest of our three. His sister, Alaina, truly adores him, even when he plays his teen card, and Sawyer looks up to him. Although he loves his gaming time and his video reels, he also enjoys our ice cream adventures, camping trips, pickleball games, trips to Dave & Busters, restaurant outings, pumpkin patch visits, and zoo excursions. He is a trooper when it comes to our shenanigans, and there is rarely a dull moment when he is around. As Jason's sidekick for the past nearly 16 years, Jason holds their relationship near and dear, and we could not picture our wedding without him being by Jason's side.
Lee Jenkins-Woodrum
Officiant
Lee has been an influential part of the Jenkins saga, for about as long as Shannon can recall. Lee and Kelly are High School sweethearts, and the running joke is that Lee has been in the family even longer than Kelly and Shannon's baby sister, Samantha, because he and Kelly started dating even before she was born. Lee truly is a kind soul, with a heart of gold. The truth is that even though Shannon is one of six kids, she grew up with six siblings of her own, because Lee has always been a brother to her, just like Kyle and Shane were. When it came time to determine who Shannon and Jason wanted to ask to officiate their wedding, asking Lee was an obvious choice. They are glad he agreed, we look forward to his speech!
