What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Sacramento area! During the day, the weather in Loomis should be beautiful, averaging 75-85 degrees, it probably won't get too chilly - but you might still bring a sweater for the evening because if you're anything like Shannon - you're always cold.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal wear. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors with grass, gravel and dirt ground; so wear something you can comfortably walk in. You may want a sweater or jacket if it cools down a little in the evening.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be outdoors in our yard :) (Wear comfortable shoes!)

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stilettos. There is grass, dirt and gravel areas that you will have to walk in so chunky heels or something with a bigger heel will probably be better. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles that night.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

During the ceremony, we would love for you to refrain from taking photos; we have a photographer for that;) We promise to share those pictures with you after!

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We have some blocked rooms you can find in the "Travel" section. To get those discounts you must book by April 7, 2022. These are all 15-20 minutes away from our house. Let us know if you need any help with this! Holiday Inn Auburn Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Auburn Lake Natoma Inn Folsom Comfort Inn & Suites Rocklin If you are bringing a trailer; there are a couple spots we recommend for RV Parks; again you can find this in the Travel section on this website.

Are kids welcome?

We are recommending getting a sitter if that's an option. Mainly we want all the moms and dads to enjoy themselves without worrying about the little ones!
