We met at a club in ATL. I just signed with The Falcons and was down scouting out somewhere to live and getting acclimated to the city. My driver took me out on the town, where I bump into "Shannon." She was by herself, standing there waiting for a drink and all I knew was I needed her to see me. I approach and we hit it off, she told me how she was in Atlanta looking to move there just like me and was living in Tampa at that time and was heading back soon. I knew i couldn't let this opportunity slip, and she was shy. She put her number in my phone, and we parted ways. That night ended and I couldn't stop thinking about Shannon, wondering was she thinking about me. So, I convince her to meet up with me for a first date, and it turned into so much more. We went from meeting for lunch to hanging out for the whole day. For two people born in the 90's and grew up in the early 2000's, the day was a day we would say "we caked it all day"! She left my hotel late that night after we talked, connected with music, even danced like we were at the old teen parties. I even earned, "A kiss" that night, which it sealed everything. She had to leave to go back to Tampa, but I definitely did my best to sway her that moving to Atlanta was a good me, "so she could be with me" of course. I got all moved in and so did she and we spent every possible moment together. We grew and became best friends, she became my DUO on Call of Duty Warzone, and I became her pamper partner. She showed me so much about self-care and self-hygiene that I didn't realize I enjoyed it. I enjoy going to get the hot coal pedicure with the fresh buffed manicure. plus, we both enjoy retail therapy which we took everywhere. But above all we found BEST FRIENDS in each other. So, for Christmas in 2019, I asked Shannon to be my girlfriend. She said, "Yes". we have been together ever since. We have traveled the world, tried all sorts of new things like snowmobiling to farming. We got motorcycle license together; we helped with disaster Relief through my foundation after Volcano erupted in BVI. To coming full circle and starting a family together. We have our two beautiful kids, Jamon Jr and Sophia Lea. And now we have each other forever. So, to "Infinity and BEYOND!"
