WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before September 1st due to our vendors' cut off dates.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, your plus one's name will be listed on your invitation's envelope along with yours. We appreciate your understanding.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. This rule excludes the few children in our immediate families. We hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

Guest Arrival: 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Ceremony: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Dinner: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Dancing: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park or valet, and find your seat.

Where is the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Our wedding is located at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, off Baseline & the I-10. Our ceremony site is located at the "Golf Island Green" right outside the main lobby and across the bridge. The reception hall is being hosted at the "Vista Room," located on the top floor of the Arizona Grand Athletic Club. The reception hall is southwest and walking distance from the ceremony site.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

We would love for our family and friends to get dressed up with us! So, we are requesting that all our guests dress in Formal Attire. In staying with our wedding theme, we kindly encourage our guests to dress in neutral colors, such as black, grey, navy, browns, and muted winter colors if possible. We hope you'll like this personal touch as much as we do! We ask that you kindly refrain for wearing shades of white, as those colors will be reserved for the bride & groom. Men, white dress shirts under jackets are perfectly okay.

WHAT COLOR ARE THE BRIDESMAIDS WEARING?

Answer

All of our Bridesmaids will be wearing an olive/martini green.

IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?

Answer

Valet parking is available at the main lobby, and self parking is located throughout the property.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. We can't wait to celebrate accordingly!

Answer

Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that many of you would like to know about physical gifts. Right here on our wedding website is the easiest way to to access all of our registries in one place.
