When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 20th.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself - physical gifts are not necessary! However, if you do choose to browse our wedding registry, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive between 3:30PM to 4:00PM, prior to the start of the ceremony, to ensure everyone is seated on time.

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is preferred cocktail attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items at Amazon, Target, and Pottery Barn.

Where should guests park?

Answer

Parking at The Trillium is limited and you CANNOT park your personal car at the venue, as it’s reserved for our vendors. However, a shuttle service is provided, free of charge, for all guests, with central parking lot locations. Please see the Travel tab for details.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pigeon Forge. Please use code HCW to unlock your discounted rate for Saturday and/or Sunday night. There will be shuttle service from the hotel to our venue.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle service with guest parking available at 1684 Walden’s Creek Road, Pigeon Forge. However, they also provide door-to-door transportation directly servicing cabin rental areas.
