Hank and I originally met way back when in high school, at the time we had the same group of friends and just casually knew each other. Years later on the most cheesiest app ever, we both slid right... and the rest is history! We instantly began messaging each other once we “matched”, and from there began texting. Our “first date” involved chic-fil-a, and a lunch break! Hank decided to bring me lunch one day and we sat at the pic-nic table outside of my job and from that day we were inseparable. Who knew that three years later, (thanks tinder for re-introducing me to my very best-friend) we would be getting married?!

The proposal was nothing less than perfect. We were planning a family vacation to Florida, when I came across a Facebook suggestion for a cow farm in Plant City, FL. If you know me, you know my crazy obsession with cows, especially highland cows! So naturally I suggested that even though this farm was an hour out of our way that we make time for it during our vacay! Everyone agreed, but little did I know what that day would hold. I woke up that Saturday morning saying that “this is going to be the best day of my life”, shoot I even posted that on my Facebook story with a selfie of myself and a cow! Oh, how true that statement became that day! Hank’s family from Florida also met us there, to tour the farm with us, and I am so thankful that they were part of this special moment! When we first got to the cow farm, there were young cows, donkeys, goats, and alpacas we could feed and pet, so that what we did for at least an hour! (Sorry guys!) Soon after that we all got on a trolley and headed down to the pasture where they kept the older cows! Apparently everyone on this trolly ride knew what was about to happen. As I was petting a momma cow, Hank had gotten down on one knee and when I turned around... there he was! PROPOSING! In which my response was “STOPPPP IT”... lol but of course I said yes to the man of my dreams, and my bestfriend!
