We met in 2013 during our time at Georgia College, where we became instant friends through the club swim team. Together, we planned swim meets and team events, creating some of our best college memories. From house parties and hosting annual swim meets to spending time with our closest friends, those years were unforgettable. After graduation, Shannon pursued a career as a special education teacher, while Frank finished his degree and moved to the Bay Area. Over time, we lost touch and became distant friends. However, everything changed when Frank moved back to the Atlanta area. Reunited in the same state, we quickly reconnected and soon came up with a spontaneous idea to explore Europe together. Fueled by a bit of liquid courage, we booked flights to Munich with a return ticket from Paris. Despite everyone's doubts, Shannon insisted we were just friends. Throughout our trip, we explored Munich, Zurich, Lucerne, Versailles, and Paris. It was in Paris, the final leg of our journey, that our friendship blossomed into something much more. Indeed, Paris proved to be the city of love, where we fell in love with our best friend.
