Pre-game

3:00 pm - 3:45 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Participate in a beer share or open a bottle of bubbly while the wedding party endures the picture taking. A bus will pick you up soon. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. An arcade and movie theater are in walking distance.

Hotel Transportation Pick-up

3:15 pm - 3:45 pm

There will be two shuttle pick-ups from the hotel. The earlier one will allow more time to tour the grounds, take pictures, and wander the museum. However, alcohol cannot be served until 5 PM.

Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes to include only adults for the reception (21+). There are many child-friendly options at the hotel and in walking distance from the hotel. For the reception, you can stay in your formal wear or change into Hawaiian shirts and dresses. Alcohol will be served from 5 PM - 10 PM, but there is much to do onsite if you'd like to arrive before the booze. Transportation to Hotel

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The will be transportation back to the hotel. There will be an earlier bus around 9:30 and a later bus around 10:15.

After Party

10:30 pm

We should have a room/area reserved to wind down after the reception. They also offered to extend pool hours.
