What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm MST. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be parking available around Colby Falls.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal/business casual.

Will it be an outdoor wedding?

Answer

No! Although it may be September, it is still quite hot in AZ during this time. There can be highs of over 100 degrees. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be inside to help with the heat. Please remember to dress accordingly for the rest of your stay in AZ and drink plenty of water!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and while our professional photographer is capturing moments. Our talented photographer will document the day beautifully, and we look forward to sharing our wedding photos with you after the event!

Due to venue restrictions, the wedding is an adults only event. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Are there any room blocks?

Answer

No, there are not. The hotels wanted to charge our guests more per night than a regular booking so we have made the decision to not have room blocks. We recommend utilizing Expedia or looking at the travel page for hotel recommendations. There are also numerous houses that families can rent together in the area on Airbnb or Vrbo.
