Question

When should I R.S.V.P by

Answer

Invitations will go out within 3 months before the wedding date, information on when to RSVP will be included. However you would like to RSVP is fine with us like texting or calling us (to save postage). Please be mindful, that we can remove you from the list if need be, but may not be able to add you back the closer to the celebration is. We would like to have all responses and our final guest count to be completed no later than 5/10/2025.

Question

Where can I find the venue?

Answer

Atlantis Banquets is located on 431 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901. There are multiple ways to get here, but the most direct way would be to take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to NY-24 S which will take you to Riverhead Main Street. It will be on your right hand side with a big whale fountain in the front!

Question

What time do I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 6:30pm, and we advise our guests to please arrive at least an hour prior. You will be given a champange glass with a strawberry and guided by staff to the location of our ceremony. A map of all events will also be given to you, including their times.

Question

Where can I find parking?

Answer

We have a complementary valet service for all our guests. Even if you're booked with the Hyatt Hotel next to the venue, our valet service will take care of you.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We understand some of our guests may have dietary restrictions or even allergies/pickiness. Our cocktail hour will have an array of dishes and delights that we are sure everyone will have a chance of enjoying, as well as our dinner option to have a vegan dish for those who prefer it. Although our final selections wont be chosen until closer to the date, we will update all once it comes closer and do NOT hesitate to talk to the staff the day of regarding your dietary/allergy needs.

Question

Are children allowed to come?

Answer

After careful consideration, we respectfully would like our day to be accompanied by ages 10 and up only. Aquariums are fun during the day with little ones, but with how our day is set up, and the different areas of the venue we will be in, we want to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. We politely request no children under "double digit" ages please.

Question

Will there be a dress code?

Answer

Between Formal and Semi-Formal. Men can wear a suit & tie or a dress shirt and slacks. Women can wear dresses, skirts, or a suit if desired. No club attire please. Our bridal party will be dressed in blues, however, we are perfectly fine with our guests to wear any color they choose (except white please!) We also recommend that you bring a pair of shoes that are comfortable for dancing and fun!

Question

In the event of inclement weather, what should we expect?

Answer

Do not worry! Only our ceremony is scheduled to be outside. Although this is our Plan A for our ceremony, there are options to have everything indoors. We will be keeping track of the weather when the event comes closer, but we would recommend everyone be prepared as well. The entire aquarium including its outside is available to walk around, rain or shine.

Question

Can I bring a plus one/date.

Answer

Unless we reach full capacity, we are accepting plus ones. If your invitation is only listed to you, please either email, call or text us your plus one's name so we know who they are for our final head counts for the venue. If your invitation is listed for you and a specific person, please be respectful and only include that other person and no extra people. Reach out to either Devin or I for further questions if need be.

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during our ceremony, and let our professional photographers get the best angles and be as obstruction free that they can for the duration. You may take pictures at the very end for our introduction as husband and wife though! Please take as many pictures as you'd like during the cocktail hour and take advantage of our Polaroid guest book during the reception! Please also use our special hashtag #RingInTheRinglers so we can view all your pictures on social media.

Question

Is your ceremony/cocktail hour/reception wheelchair/disability accessable.

Answer

Yes. There are elevators and ramps throughout the entire facility, as well as staff that can help you if needed.

Question

If I have any other questions, who can I ask?
