Our ceremony begins at 3:30pm on Sunday May 11/2025. Guests staying at the Best Western or Tsawaak resort will be picked up in front of the Best Western by 2:45pm on wedding day to give guests enough time to arrive at the wick and make their way to ceremony location. There will be a marked path to our ceremony location :)
There is bicycle rental information included on the “things to do” page of our website. If you are wanting to really venture around, we recommend looking into car rentals so that you can see as many sights as possible while visiting Tofino. * *Guests flying into Nanaimo Airport will need a rental car, as the distance from Nanaimo to Tofino is 3.5 hours.
The average temperature in Tofino during May is between a high of 17 degrees Celsius and as low as 8 degrees Celsius, and can be a bit breezy. May to September is Tofino’s summer and attracts surfers! Please be conscious of island weather conditions when packing your suitcase :)
