PARKING: 1701 Lucas Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103 Windows on Washington provides a complimentary parking lot just to the west of the venue. They also provide a complimentary shuttle that will pick guests up from the parking lot and drop you off at the front door and vise versa. The parking lot is located at 17th and Lucas Ave.
