What if I want to arrive early or stay late for hotel block?

Answer

If you would like to arrive early or depart late, please contact our travel coordinator Lisa at help@engagedsourcing.com and reference the “Fitzsimmons/Edgar Wedding”.

Will there be a shuttle to the welcome party?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the Welcome Party. The shuttle will be picking up from the Renaissance Hotel.

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from Wedding. The shuttle will pick you up from Renaissance Hotel.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have elected to limit our reception to adults only. Only children from our immediate family will be at the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests we can invite, and we cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed the name or Plus One on your invite.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, ceremony and reception are at same place and it has ample parking. We will also have shuttles to and from hotel!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm as ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. We will have beer and wine for you to enjoy prior to the ceremony!
