Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal/ Spring Formal Men: Suits in any color are welcome. Lighter fabrics and seasonal colors suggested. Women: Spring gowns, elegant cocktail dresses and Long/Midi Formal dresses. Feel free to wear any spring colors Although most of the reception is indoors, there will be cocktails to enjoy in the beautiful gardens all night! Yes. Children are welcome! Please RSVP including them if coming, thank you.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available onsite and vehicles must be removed by 10am the morning of the 24th. Although rideshare and shuttles are encouraged!

What time should I arrive at the Reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 4pm. The main festivities will begin around 5:30pm

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Halcyon to ensure convenient and comfortable accommodations for our wedding guests. We recommend booking early to secure your room at our special group rate. Shuttles will be provided to the venue from this hotel. Please see Travel page for booking link.
