Yes! We will provide round-trip transportation between Hotel Heron in Old Town Alexandria and the venue (River Farm). It is a 10-15 minute drive from Old Town Alexandria to the venue. Buses will depart Hotel Heron for the venue at 3:30PM and at 4:00PM. Buses will depart the venue for Hotel Heron at 9:30 and at 10:00PM.
Yes and you may leave your car at the venue overnight if needed! Instructions from the venue on where to park: - There is a small parking lot to the left of the front circle - If the small parking lot is full, park around the front circle (one tire on the asphalt and one on the grass/mulch around the front circle). Ensure you do not block the fire hydrant and please be aware that the buses will need to be able to navigate around the circle
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM, so please arrive 15-30 minutes before then.
