How long will the group rates last?

Answer

We have limited space under our current group rates, so we highly recommend booking early to lock in your spot (and the discount!). Please let us know by September 29, 2025 if you’ll be taking advantage of the current group rate. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis. Need a bit more time to decide? We can request more group rates in the future but please note the rates may vary and will be subject to availability.

Can I book my own travels?

If you have specific dates or flight requirements, Kathy can provide a custom quote. However, if you prefer to book outside the group rate, you definitely can. Please make sure to forward your flight and hotel info to kathy@accompanie.ca so we can keep our rooming list updated for wedding planning purposes.

Can I book with another resort?

Answer

Of course! While we’d love for everyone to stay at Princess Senses or Princess Grand (it helps keep everything simple and close by), you're more than welcome to book elsewhere if it suits you better. Just give us a heads-up as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly. We'll take care of the non-guest resort fee — we just ask that you arrange your own transportation to and from the venue.

Can I bring a guest to the wedding?

Due to space limitations, we are only able to invite guests that are listed in your invitation. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests at this time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal and we encourage all guests to wear light colours! Think pastels and florals.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors. Please keep in mind the weather in Jamaica in September is usually around 30°C during the day and a warm 24°C at night.

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Go ahead and capture the fun - just tuck your phone away during the ceremony so we can all be fully present.

Will you be accepting wedding gifts?

Answer

No gifts, please! We truly mean it when we say your presence at our destination wedding is the only gift we ask for.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please note any special dietary requirements in your RSVP so we can give the resort a head's up. They will do their best to accommodate.
