What is the dress code?

Our wedding attire is cocktail/semi-formal. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so we recommend appropriate footwear for walking on grass or uneven paths. The reception and dancing will be indoors. Evenings can be cool, so bringing a light jacket or wrap is encouraged.

We recommend staying on-site at Black Butte Ranch for the full experience. Guests will receive a 10% discount when booking directly using our wedding code. Visit the 'Travel' page of our website for full details on lodging accommodations.

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will take place on-site at Black Butte Ranch. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors, reception to follow indoors.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating.
