Lake Tapps is approximately 1hr 15min drive from downtown Seattle. However, the traffic can be very bad. Please allow extra time for travel and check GPS times.
We love children and welcome them! However, it is completely possible they may not enjoy a long event. We trust our guests' parental intuition as to whether or not their children would like to attend. Also, be aware my dogs will roaming around freely :) Please let us know if you're planning to bring your children. (No surprise pets though)
Due to limited space and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we’re unable to offer plus ones for guests unless they have been specifically included on the invitation. We hope you understand, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Dress code: semi formal/cocktail. It's a garden themed backyard wedding in our family's home. It will be outdoor the entire time, so please be prepared for all weather conditions. Just a heads up for people wearing heels, we will be on grass most of the time (when we're not dancing) which might be tricky if you're wearing stilettos. You may want to consider a chunkier heel, wedge, etc. The wedding party will be in satin dusty pink, so please refrain from matching them!
Parking will be limited. We encourage carpooling and ubering if possible!
Yes! We would love for you to take photos. We will be sending out information on how to share photos with us closer to the wedding date. However, PLEASE refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
