Formal attire is encouraged. We envision an evening of timeless elegance - suits and ties for gentlemen, and long gowns for ladies - but above all, we want everyone to feel comfortable and confident. Your presence is truly the most meaningful gift to us, and we'll be honored to celebrate with you however you choose to attend.

We encourage guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to settle in and enjoy the prelude as the music begins to fill the room. The pre-ceremony arrival time is 4:00pm, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will take place beneath the chandeliers and candlelight of the Persian Terrace room of the Marriott Hotel, followed by a seamless transition into the reception (after cocktail hour in the hotel lounge) - an evening of dining, dancing, and music beneath the glow of the same room the ceremony was held.

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy a warm cocktail hour in the hotel lounge before dinner and dancing begin. During the cocktail hour, there will be a slideshow showcasing the love stories that came before ours. The night will unfold in chapters - with moments of laughter, music, and fun.

Yes. A curated bar will feature wine, liquor, and beer.

The Marriott is located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, just 10 minutes from Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Both valet parking and self-parking are available. The Marriott has a parking garage located across the street from the hotel for easy access to the venue.

No additional transportation will be needed, as all wedding events take place within the same venue.

Syracuse winters bring a crisp charm. We recommend a warm coat or wrap for the short walk from your car to the hotel entrance. Once inside, all festivities will be comfortably indoors, surrounded by candlelight and warmth.

No - we do not have a strict palette for attire. Please wear whatever color you feel suits you best for our winter wedding event. Our decor and venue embraces deep red, burgundy, ivory, black, bronze, and gold - guests who are looking for outfit inspiration and wish to harmonize with the evening's tones are warmly welcome to do so.
