When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For the reception in Illinois, we ask that you RSVP by September 25, 2026. For the cruise, we ask that you RSVP and begin making arrangements with Shannon by September 30, 2026.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you're attending the reception in Illinois, please let Shannon or Miguel know if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction and we will make sure that there is appropriate food available.

What is the best airport to fly into for the reception in Illinois?

Answer

We recommend flying into O'Hare (ORD) or Chicago Midway (MDW).

Question

If we choose to stay in Chicago, is the reception location accessible through public transportation?

Answer

To get to the reception location from Chicago, you will need to drive or take the BNSF Metra train from Union Station to Aurora then take a 15 minute uber/cab. Driving will take around 1 hour, depending on where in the city you are leaving from. The BNSF from Union Station to Aurora is 1 hour 20 minutes, plus 15 minutes drive from Aurora station to the reception, and up to 25 minutes driving or up to 1 hour by public transit to Union Station, depending on where in the city you are staying.
