Travel Note
Jackson will be in the seventies during the day but will drop down and be chilly to cold at night. Everyone should bring a warm fall jacket (think mid-weight puffy jacket) for early morning hikes, the boat ride, or the evening rodeo. Please also bring one pair of close-toed shoes for outdoor activities. There will be heaters at the reception, so don't worry about a warm jacket for your nice dress/suit! Please also note that Jackson is at a much higher elevation than we are used to. Drink plenty of water starting the day before you leave for Jackson and be careful with your consumption of alcohol. Also, note that it is an arid climate - pack extra moisturizer, eye drops, or nose spray if you use it. Please remember that there is extreme wildlife where we are going. You MUST be aware of your surroundings. We are staying on a nature preserve which is frequented by moose, grisly bears, elk, etc. Give wildlife plenty of room and be smart about how you interact with the land. Carry bear spray if hiking, no exceptions.
Hotel
We have secured a room block with reduced rates for our friends and family. Housing assignments are being finalized. Please call Spring Creek Ranch to secure reservations. For guests sharing accommodations with other attendees - only ONE person needs to call to reserve a home. Once that one person reserves the home, all rooms in the house will be secured. When you arrive in Jackson you will provide your billing information so that the rooms can be split between the various couples/individuals staying in the home.

Flight
Be sure to carefully book your travel. Many flights will say that you are going to Jackson, but drop you in Salt Lake City. It will be more cost-effective to fly into Salt Lake City and drive or take a bus to Jackson, about a 4 hour's drive. Festivities begin Saturday mid-afternoon (Optional horseback riding at 4PM and Rodeo attendance at 8 PM) and conclude Monday evening (After Party).
